We are working with a leading international professional services firm to recruit a Senior Accountant into their growing Governance Services team.

You will gain exposure to complex structures and play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting and reporting services within a fast-paced financial services setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation and review of financial statements in line with relevant standards (IFRS / UK GAAP)
• Production of management accounts and periodic financial reports
• Maintaining accurate accounting records across multiple client entities
• Supporting audits and liaising with auditors and third-party providers
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Coaching and supporting junior team members
• Ensuring deadlines and service levels are consistently met

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• ACA / ACCA part-qualified or qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or UK GAAP
• Previous experience in financial services, funds, or professional services preferred
• Experience with accounting systems (e.g. Viewpoint, QuickBooks or similar) advantageous
