We’re partnering with a highly respected private wealth business in Jersey who are expanding their team at either Senior Administrator or Assistant Manager level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administration of a varied portfolio of trusts and companies for HNW and UHNW clients
• Liaising with clients and intermediaries across multiple jurisdictions
• Assisting with client take-on, due diligence and ongoing monitoring processes
• Drafting of board minutes, trustee resolutions and maintaining statutory records
• Contributing to the training and mentoring of junior staff (for senior-level roles)
• Supporting team leaders with project work and process improvements
• Ensuring accurate records and compliance with all regulatory obligations

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 4 – 6 years experience within Private Wealth or trust and fiduciary administration
• STEP/ICSA qualifications (or studying towards) are preferred but not essential
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of risk awareness, due diligence and AML requirements
