Senior Administrator, Compliance
Apply for this jobWe are seeking a Senior Administrator, Compliance to join a respected Risk & Compliance team, supporting compliance monitoring activities across a global business. This is a varied role involving regulatory testing, risk assessment, reporting and stakeholder engagement, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn being key to success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver compliance monitoring reviews across key business areas and jurisdictions, from initial scoping and sample testing through to reporting
- Test regulatory controls, assess their effectiveness and identify potential risks or areas for improvement
- Draft clear and accurate reports outlining findings, recommendations and required actions
- Maintain records of compliance findings and action points, working with stakeholders to support timely remediation
- Support the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Programme and risk-based review schedule
- Assist with the review and maintenance of global Risk & Compliance policies and procedures
- Work closely with Risk & Compliance and Business Services teams to support a consistent approach to regulatory compliance
- Respond to stakeholder queries relating to monitoring activities, findings, actions and policy updates
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience within a regulated financial services environment, ideally across client administration, compliance, audit, risk, operational controls or a similar area
- Good understanding of regulated corporate and fiduciary services in Jersey and/or Guernsey
- Understanding of AML, CFT and relevant regulatory requirements in Jersey and/or Guernsey
- Knowledge of other jurisdictions, including Cayman, BVI, Hong Kong or the UK, would be advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review information, identify risks and assess compliance with policies and procedures
- Experience producing clear, accurate and professional written reports

- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
