Apply for this jobWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Administrator to join a dynamic Corporate Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate administration professional looking to further develop their career while working with a diverse portfolio of corporate structures and client entities.
Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for allocated clients, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of corporate administration services, ensuring client requests are managed efficiently and within agreed timeframes. You will also play an important role in supporting the development of Trainee Administrators and Administrators, providing guidance and reviewing less complex work as part of a collaborative team environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver a range of corporate administration services in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Manage client requests and administrative matters, ensuring actions are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines
- Maintain statutory records and corporate documentation to a high standard
- Liaise professionally with clients, intermediaries, legal advisers, and other stakeholders
- Support the onboarding of new clients and the ongoing maintenance of client records
- Work closely with senior colleagues to ensure the delivery of excellent client service
- Processing of bank payments, reconciliation of payment logs and approvals
- Production and circulation of invoices, fee collection and chasing debtors
- Transaction management, including organising and attending client meetings as required, drafting minutes and resolutions
- Monitoring of WIP and billing in accordance with fee agreements and undertaking fee reviews where necessary
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong academic background
- Working towards or holding a relevant professional qualification (CGI or STEP preferred)
- Experience in a similar corporate or fiduciary role
- Experience administering complex structures with confidence and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
