Senior Administrator, Fiduciary Administration
Apply for this jobOur client, a leading fiduciary services provider, is seeking a Senior Administrator to provide comprehensive administration support across a diverse portfolio of trusts, partnerships, and corporate structures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day client and bank communications
- Prepare and maintain documentation, statutory records, and compliance reports
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment
- Maintain strong oversight of trusts, partnerships, and corporate structures to deliver accurate and timely administration
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Holds an entry-level qualification in Trust and/or Corporate Administration, or an equivalent higher education qualification
- 2–4 years’ experience as an administrator within financial services
- Basic knowledge of Jersey legal and regulatory frameworks, including regulatory guidance and the AML/CFT Handbook

- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
