Senior Administrator – Legal Governance
Apply for this jobWe are supporting the search for a Senior Administrator – Legal Governance to join a highly regarded professional services organisation. This role offers hybrid working, and is ideal for a governance professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment while supporting high standards of regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Working within a small and dedicated team, the successful candidate will provide senior administrative and governance support to the in-house governance function responsible for the organisation’s legal business and shared services entities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide senior administrative and governance support to the in-house governance team
- Assist in ensuring the organisation and its entities meet regulatory and governance requirements
- Support the preparation and coordination of governance documentation, meetings, and reporting where required
- Undertake a range of project and administrative work supporting governance initiatives.
- Maintain accurate governance records and ensure documentation is kept up to date and compliant
- Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and jurisdictions to support governance processes and best practice
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience within industry and/or professional practice in a governance, legal, or company secretarial role
- Studying towards, or willingness to work towards, CGI or STEP
- Previous experience using ViewPoint would be advantageous
- Good understanding of corporate governance frameworks and regulatory requirements within a professional services environment
