We’re working with a leading provider of corporate services to find a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join their growing Real Estate team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a varied portfolio of real estate clients and associated entities
  • Deliver a range of high-quality corporate administration services in line with internal procedures and client expectations
  • Assist with board and shareholder meeting preparation, minute taking, and the maintenance of statutory records
  • Liaise with legal advisors, auditors, and external parties as needed
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant regulatory frameworks and internal policies
  • Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • 4-6 years’ relevant experience in the finance industry preferred
  • Strong academic background, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Working towards or holding a professional qualification such as ICSA
  • Strong working knowledge of Viewpoint would be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Strong understanding of company secretarial and regulatory obligations
