We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join a Client Services team, supporting a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients with a particular focus on delivering high-quality client service. This role offers responsibility across the full client lifecycle, alongside mentoring and professional development opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring administration is delivered accurately and to a high standard
  • Oversee the full client lifecycle, including client take-on and ongoing administration
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are effectively managed
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues where required
  • Manage day-to-day activities, ensuring work is completed within agreed deadlines and procedures
  • Monitor WIP and debt collection across the portfolio
  • Delegate work effectively and utilise team resources to maintain service standards
  • Support wider team activities and ad hoc projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Proven experience in corporate administration, ideally within a trust and fiduciary environment
  • Relevant professional qualification or studying towards one, such as STEP or CGI
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with specialist systems such as Viewpoint and document management systems would be advantageous

  • Confident in building effective client and colleague relationships
  • Organised
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
