Senior Administrator, Trust & Company
Apply for this jobWe are seeking a Senior Administrator to join a well-established Trust & Company Services team. The successful candidate would be working closely with experienced Client Directors and Managers across a varied portfolio of trust and company structures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer a portfolio of trusts, companies, and foundations, liaising with clients, banks, and investment managers as required
- Maintain day-to-day client relationships, including attendance at client meetings and delivery of completed transactions
- Ensure all administration complies with internal policies, procedures, and codes of conduct
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable legislation and regulation, particularly AML/CFT requirements, and apply these in all work
- Support onboarding of new business, including completion of required client documentation
- Prepare accurate minutes for client entity meetings and transactions
- Complete periodic client risk assessments
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least four years’ relevant industry experience
- Holding or working towards a relevant Table 4 qualification
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and develop within the fiduciary industry
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
