We are seeking a commercially minded and technically strong Senior Analyst – Fund Systems. This role sits at the intersection of operations, systems, and change, acting as a key point of contact for Funds Services on system upgrades, new platform implementations, and automation initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational readiness, data integrity, and the effective use of eFront FIA across fund strategies, while working closely with Operations, clients, and the global Change Management team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a key Funds Services representative on system upgrades and new system implementations
• Support the identification, design, and implementation of automation and process improvement solutions
• Drive and maintain data quality within eFront FIA ahead of system upgrades and on an ongoing basis
• Ensure eFront is being used consistently and in line with best practice across strategies
• Liaise directly with Operations teams to understand workflow requirements and improve system utilisation
• Engage with clients as required to support project delivery and data remediation
• Partner with the global Change Management team on strategic initiatives
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation to support transitions and upgrades
• Develop and maintain Excel-based tools (including VBA/macros) to enhance efficiency and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong knowledge of fund structures, particularly within Private Equity
• Confident and hands-on experience working with eFront FIA
• Solid accounting background with effective technical accounting skills
• Advanced Excel user, including applied knowledge of VBA/macro coding
• Good understanding of financial reporting standards
• Prior experience within Private Equity and/or Fund Administration
• Experience supporting system upgrades, data migrations, or operational change initiatives is highly desirable
