We’re supporting a global professional services firm in their search for a Senior Associate, Change & Transformation to help deliver key digital and operational change initiatives.

Working within a central transformation function, you'll play a vital role in shaping how the business evolves—driving adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.

This role would suit a change professional ready to step up into a more visible position, ideally with experience in consultancy, internal transformation, or business change. It’s a great opportunity to join a respected firm and gain exposure to high-impact projects with strong support for development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support change initiatives aligned to strategic transformation programmes
• Engage and influence stakeholders to encourage adoption and behaviour change
• Develop and deliver change plans, communications, training, and readiness activities
• Facilitate workshops, briefings, and feedback sessions across business areas
• Monitor and report on change impacts, adoption rates, and risk areas
• Collaborate across project teams to ensure integration of change and comms into delivery timelines

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, organisational psychology or similar field (or equivalent experience)
• Professional qualification in change management (e.g. Prosci or equivalent)
• Proven experience in change management within a technology-enabled or professional services setting
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in matrix environments
