We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Associate to join a leading Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented lawyer to work on complex, high-value matters within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

You will play a key role in managing contentious matters, advising a sophisticated client base, and supporting the continued growth of the practice. The role offers exposure to a broad range of disputes, often cross-border in nature, and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility for client relationships and matter leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a varied caseload of complex dispute resolution matters
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk, and procedural matters
• Draft high-quality pleadings, submissions, and legal documentation
• Oversee and support junior team members on active cases
• Liaise directly with clients, counsel, experts, and other stakeholders
• Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management
• Contribute to the development of the wider disputes practice

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Qualified lawyer with typically 5+ years’ post-qualified experience (PQE)
• Strong academic background, including a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) and Commendation/Distinction at LPC (or equivalent)
• Experience gained within a reputable law firm environment
• Ideally trained and/or currently practising within a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or equivalent top-tier firm
• Demonstrated experience handling complex and high-value disputes
