Apply for this jobOur client is seeking a Senior Associate, Risk, Regulation & Fintech, to play a key role in supporting clients through regulatory challenges, fintech innovations, and risk management initiatives. You will work closely with senior personnel both internally and externally, engaging with clients and stakeholders across the region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advise clients on regulatory requirements, risk management frameworks, and fintech innovations
- Lead and support the implementation of complex technology and regulatory change projects
- Conduct risk assessments, regulatory gap analyses, and policy development
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide insights and solutions that align with industry best practices
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the practice, including business development initiatives
- Monitor and analyse regulatory developments across jurisdictions, providing proactive insights to clients
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- University degree (Upper Second Class or higher)
- ACA / ACCA (or equivalent)
- Hold Compliance, Governance or Risk related qualifications (CISI, ICA, ACAMS)
- Industry recognised qualifications PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, CFA)
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within financial services
- Existing knowledge of financial services regulatory frameworks

- Technologically minded, and/or a willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to lead self, with a problem-solving mentality
- Ability to accurately prepare and review reports on technical subject matter
- Comfortable in providing support to less experienced members of the team
- Delivering projects to tight deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
