KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop advanced business intelligence solutions (such as PowerBI dashboards) that effectively communicate data insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout the organisation
• Engage with stakeholders to thoroughly understand their data requirements and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity, thereby building confidence in your work across the company
• Conducting training sessions to empower teams to fully utilise the analytics tools and dashboards available
• Stayabreast of the latest developments in business intelligence tools and data visualisation
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in the financial services or legal sector
• Familiar with data privacy standards
• Have a degree or professional qualification in a data-related field
• Proven expertise in business intelligence, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful dashboards and analytics solutions that have significantly influenced user behaviour and decision-making processes
• Proficiency in at least one major business intelligence tool (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Looker)
• Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with data manipulation languages such as DAX or MDX
• Ability to create visually appealing and intuitive data presentations

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data stories for non-technical colleagues
