We’re working with a growing and well-established global business that’s looking to strengthen its Accounting Services team here in Jersey with the addition of a Senior Client Accountant. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting functions across a varied portfolio
• Act as the main point of contact for external auditors
• Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and review annual financial statements and management accounts
• Oversee and support the work of junior team members and bookkeepers
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance with reporting standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Fully qualified accountant (e.g. ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in client accounting or financial accounts preparation
• Previous experience in a client-facing role
• Familiarity with Real Estate, Private Wealth, Corporate, or DCM environments is desirable
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and related MS Office tools
