Senior Compliance Administrator
Apply for this jobWe are supporting a well-established and reputable organisation seeking a Senior Compliance Administrator to join its compliance function. This is a key role supporting the ongoing monitoring, development, and enhancement of controls to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements.
This opportunity will suit a compliance professional who enjoys working in a regulated environment, has a strong understanding of AML and local regulatory requirements, and is keen to play an active role in strengthening compliance frameworks and best practice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with monitoring and developing compliance controls to ensure adherence to statutory, legal, and regulatory obligations
- Support the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of AML and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Conduct compliance monitoring, reviews, and testing, escalating issues where appropriate
- Assist with regulatory reporting and internal compliance documentation
- Support the maintenance and development of policies, procedures, and controls
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to promote a strong compliance culture
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
- Completed a professional or relevant qualification to Diploma level (ICA qualification preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years’ industry experience within a regulated environment
- Previous experience in a similar compliance or regulatory role
- Good awareness and understanding of local regulatory requirements and AML

- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Strong IT skills
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
