We are supporting a well-established and reputable organisation seeking a Senior Compliance Administrator to join its compliance function. This is a key role supporting the ongoing monitoring, development, and enhancement of controls to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements.

This opportunity will suit a compliance professional who enjoys working in a regulated environment, has a strong understanding of AML and local regulatory requirements, and is keen to play an active role in strengthening compliance frameworks and best practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with monitoring and developing compliance controls to ensure adherence to statutory, legal, and regulatory obligations
  • Support the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of AML and regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Conduct compliance monitoring, reviews, and testing, escalating issues where appropriate
  • Assist with regulatory reporting and internal compliance documentation
  • Support the maintenance and development of policies, procedures, and controls
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to promote a strong compliance culture
  • Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews as required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
  • Completed a professional or relevant qualification to Diploma level (ICA qualification preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ industry experience within a regulated environment
  • Previous experience in a similar compliance or regulatory role
  • Good awareness and understanding of local regulatory requirements and AML

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Strong IT skills
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
