KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a portfolio of complex corporate structures with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships
- Oversee all aspects of company administration including statutory filings, board meetings, and minute taking
- Ensure high standards of compliance and regulatory adherence
- Mentor junior administrators and support team development
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in corporate administration, ideally within a regulated fiduciary environment
- Studying towards or holding a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICSA/CGI)
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate structures and Jersey regulatory requirements
