KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage a portfolio of complex corporate structures with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships
  • Oversee all aspects of company administration including statutory filings, board meetings, and minute taking
  • Ensure high standards of compliance and regulatory adherence
  • Mentor junior administrators and support team development

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in corporate administration, ideally within a regulated fiduciary environment
  • Studying towards or holding a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICSA/CGI)
  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate structures and Jersey regulatory requirements

  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
