This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in customer or client services — ideally in a banking or financial setting — who’s ready to step into a more senior, visible role. If you're comfortable using banking and CRM systems, confident dealing with a wide range of client needs, and have a proactive, hands-on mindset, you’ll feel right at home here.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver exceptional service to clients across multiple channels (in-branch, phone, digital)
- Resolve complex or escalated customer issues with professionalism and care
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to junior team members
- Use banking and CRM systems to manage client interactions and accounts
- Stay up to date with products, services, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to team meetings and process improvements
- Represent the bank positively at client events or community engagements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a banking or financial services role
- Comfortable using banking software, CRM tools, and digital systems
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Able to work independently while supporting team goals
- Interest in developing product knowledge and helping others learn
- Naturally organised with strong attention to detail and time management
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
