We’re working with a well-respected community bank that’s looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive to join their high-performing Local Banking team.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in customer or client services — ideally in a banking or financial setting — who’s ready to step into a more senior, visible role. If you're comfortable using banking and CRM systems, confident dealing with a wide range of client needs, and have a proactive, hands-on mindset, you’ll feel right at home here.

You might be in a customer-facing role already and looking for that next step — one where you can take more ownership, mentor others, and truly be part of a trusted, local team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients across multiple channels (in-branch, phone, digital)
  • Resolve complex or escalated customer issues with professionalism and care
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to junior team members
  • Use banking and CRM systems to manage client interactions and accounts
  • Stay up to date with products, services, and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to team meetings and process improvements
  • Represent the bank positively at client events or community engagements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a banking or financial services role
  • Comfortable using banking software, CRM tools, and digital systems

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently while supporting team goals
  • Interest in developing product knowledge and helping others learn
  • Naturally organised with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
