We are partnering with a growing international organisation to recruit a Senior Facilities Manager responsible for the strategic and operational management of its office estate across multiple jurisdictions. This is a pivotal role combining facilities leadership with significant project responsibility, ensuring offices remain professional, safe and fit for purpose while supporting the organisation's continued growth and expansion.

The successful candidate will lead office relocations, fit-outs and consolidation projects, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver an effective workplace strategy across the Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the strategic and operational management of the Group's office portfolio across multiple jurisdictions
  • Ensure all offices provide a professional, safe and welcoming environment for employees and clients
  • Manage facilities budgets, contracts and supplier relationships, ensuring cost-effective service delivery
  • Oversee office relocation, fit-out and consolidation projects from inception through to completion
  • Support business growth by identifying and implementing workplace solutions aligned to organisational needs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and facilities management best practices across all locations
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Significant facilities management experience gained within a multi-site or international environment
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering office relocation, fit-out or consolidation projects
  • Experience managing facilities budgets and driving operational efficiencies
  • Relevant qualifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, BIFM or IWFM are desirable
  • Comfortable with frequent international travel across Group jurisdictions

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Commercially minded with excellent budget management capability
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexibly and respond to urgent facilities matters as they arise
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
