Senior Finance Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day finance function, ensuring the smooth running of billing, reconciliations and transaction processing while assisting with wider operational activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Oversee and support billing processes across the firm
- Complete regular reconciliations ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Process conveyancing transactions efficiently and accurately
- Assist with operational finance tasks supporting the wider finance team
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to internal processes and controls
- Provide administrative and operational support to the finance department and wider business where required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum three years’ experience in a similar finance or accounts role
- Experience within a professional services environment is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles
- Familiarity with Aderant accounting software would be beneficial but is not essential

- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
