We are delighted to be supporting our client in the search for a Senior Finance Administrator to join their finance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day finance function, ensuring the smooth running of billing, reconciliations and transaction processing while assisting with wider operational activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Oversee and support billing processes across the firm
  • Complete regular reconciliations ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Process conveyancing transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Assist with operational finance tasks supporting the wider finance team
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to internal processes and controls
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the finance department and wider business where required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a similar finance or accounts role
  • Experience within a professional services environment is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of core accounting principles
  • Familiarity with Aderant accounting software would be beneficial but is not essential

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
