KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the finance operations function
• Drive the delivery of efficient, scalable processes and ensure accurate financial transaction processing
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance support
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align finance operations with strategic business goals
• Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance standards
• Own relationships with key stakeholders across the business and external partners
• Support financial reporting, audit preparation, and operational risk management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Qualified accountant
• Proven experience in a senior finance operations role
• Strong knowledge of finance systems (preferably Aderant)
