Senior Fund Accountant
Apply for this jobWe are seeking an experienced Senior Fund Accountant to join a growing and dynamic team specialising in private capital structures. This role would suit a technically strong accounting professional with experience across private equity, private credit and/or real estate funds, looking to work within a collaborative environment delivering high-quality client accounting services across complex fund structures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver client accounting and reporting services for private equity, private credit and/or real estate fund structures
- Prepare and review financial statements and investor reporting
- Assist with quarterly and annual reporting cycles
- Support fund valuations, reconciliations, and capital activity reporting
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and other third-party service providers
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist with onboarding new fund structures and process improvements
- Support and mentor junior team members where required
- As experience increases you will have an opportunity to take on more responsibility in day to day running of a portfolio clients
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or at final stage of qualification (final exams completed)
- 3+ years’ PQE preferred
- Previous experience within illiquid alternative investment funds administration, including private equity, private debt and/or real estate funds
- Strong technical accounting knowledge across Private Capital Funds under FRS 102, IFRS, Lux GAAP and/or US GAAP
- Experience using Allvue, Investran or eFront would be advantageous
