Senior Fund Administrator
Apply for this jobWe are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join our client’s Funds & Corporate Services team, providing high-quality support to the Funds & Corporate Services Manager. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of client operations, with responsibility for monitoring junior team workflows, offering guidance, and delivering training and support where required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Funds & Corporate Services Manager
- Monitor and oversee the workflow of junior team members, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to junior administrators
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of client records, statutory documentation, and regulatory filings
- Support the delivery of client reporting and ensure accuracy of all data input and documentation
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including banks and service providers
- Ensure all activities are carried out in line with relevant legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements
- Identify and escalate issues where appropriate, contributing to continuous improvement of processes and controls
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong background in financial services, ideally within funds, corporate services, or a regulated environment
- Working knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relating to funds
- Holds or is currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICSA/CGI or equivalent)
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel and Word to an intermediate level
- Comfortable working with a range of bespoke systems and online banking platforms
