Apply for this jobWe’re working on a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive Senior HR Advisor to join a highly respected, international professional services firm. This is a pivotal role within a collaborative HR team, supporting Partners, line managers and employees across multiple jurisdictions and practice areas.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor on a broad range of people matters, from employee relations and performance management to policy implementation and day-to-day operational support.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and enjoys building strong working relationships at all levels. You may currently be in a Senior HR Advisor or experienced HR Advisor role and ready for a new challenge in a global business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivering a responsive and high-quality HR advisory service across your assigned practice groups
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to support employee relations, performance, wellbeing, engagement, and policy advice
- Supporting key people processes, including appraisals, onboarding, exits, and talent initiatives
- Working with HR colleagues across global offices to align approaches and share best practice
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least 4 years’ experience in an HR Advisory role
- Experience within legal or wider professional services preferred
- Ideally CIPD qualified (or working toward)
