Apply for this jobWe are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Senior HR Advisor (Reward, ER & Policy). This is a key role focused on delivering an exceptional employee experience through strong expertise in HR policy, employee relations, and reward.
Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Employee Relations, Policy and Process, you will play a crucial role in ensuring policies are clear, effective, and consistently applied, while streamlining processes and improving how they are communicated across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the SME for Employee Relations, HR Policy, and Process, providing expert guidance across the business
- Manage a range of employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
- Lead the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and programmes, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practice
- Support and contribute to reward initiatives, including compensation and benefits processes
- Drive process improvement and simplification, enhancing efficiency and employee experience
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to communicate policies effectively, manage expectations, and provide practical HR solutions
- Utilise HR systems (e.g. Workday) to support reporting, case management, and process delivery
- Provide guidance on housing, work permits, and visa-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- CIPD Level 3 or above (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in employee relations and case management
- Experience in the development and implementation of HR policies and programmes
- Exposure to reward (compensation & benefits) processes
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday
- Strong understanding of housing, work permit, and visa requirements
