KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of complex private wealth and family office structures
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, intermediaries and professional advisors
- Building trusted, long-term relationships while identifying opportunities to broaden services
- Supporting fee recovery, profitability and budget delivery
- Participating in new client onboarding, transitions and structural changes
- Contributing to proposals, pitches and strategic client discussions
- Collaborating across jurisdictions and service lines to unlock growth opportunities
- Leading, mentoring and developing Managers, Assistant Managers and Associates
- Championing strong risk management, AML/CFT compliance and regulatory standards
- Driving efficiencies through smarter processes, technology and workflow improvements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Significant experience in trust, fiduciary or corporate administration
- STEP, CGIUKI or equivalent qualification (or nearing completion)
- Proven experience managing or mentoring high-performing teams
- Strong technical understanding of fiduciary principles, governance and regulation
- Confidence managing complex client structures and stakeholder relationships
- Sound judgement, commercial awareness and a calm approach under pressure
