Senior Manager, Engagement and Communications
Apply for this jobWe are seeking an experienced and people-focused Engagement and Communications Senior Manager to join a dynamic People & Culture team. Reporting closely to the Chief People Officer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering employee engagement, internal communications, listening strategies and culture initiatives across a multi-jurisdictional organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and delivery of employee engagement, listening and culture initiatives across the organisation
- Partner with the Chief People Officer to support the implementation of engagement and communications strategies aligned to business objectives
- Manage and deliver internal communications across a range of channels, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent and engaging
- Analyse employee feedback and engagement data to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the planning and execution of employee surveys, focus groups and listening activities
- Drive initiatives that enhance organisational culture, employee experience and overall engagement
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and the wider People & Culture team to develop communication plans for key business initiatives
- Monitor the effectiveness of engagement and communication activities
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a senior HR, employee engagement, internal communications or people-focused role
- Proven experience delivering employee engagement and culture programmes within a multi-jurisdictional organisation
- Strong experience developing and managing internal communications across a variety of channels
- Experience working closely with senior leadership teams and key stakeholders
- Relevant HR, communications or business-related qualification would be advantageous
