We’re working with a high-profile organisation looking to appoint a Senior Manager in their Fund Administration team to support the continued development of their Fund Administration Services team in Jersey. This role is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key position where you will help drive the delivery of top-tier administration services for a portfolio of high-value Private Equity and Venture Capital clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the implementation and growth of the Fund Administration Services product line in Jersey
• Oversee the delivery of administration services for a portfolio of Private Equity/Venture Capital clients
• Lead and manage fund structures, including Jersey Private Funds (JPFs), closed-ended funds, fund of funds, and FSB-regulated managers
• Liaise with clients, advisors, and other third parties to ensure effective administration and smooth client service
• Contribute to business development and client onboarding processes
• Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance across fund structures
• Provide guidance, mentoring and support to more junior members of the team

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Extensive experience in the Jersey funds industry, particularly in Private Equity/Venture Capital
• Strong understanding of Jersey-domiciled fund structures, including JPFs and FSB-regulated entities
• Substantial experience with closed-ended fund structures and/or fund of funds
• Relevant professional qualification preferred (CGI, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within fund administration
