We are working with a leading professional services organisation to recruit a Senior Manager – Funds to lead a high-value client portfolio and a team responsible for delivering exceptional client service. This is a senior leadership opportunity combining client management, operational oversight, technical expertise and business development, with a strong focus on team performance and continued growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Lead a high-value client portfolio, ensuring strong relationships, service delivery and profitability
• Oversee the Client Administration Team, managing workloads, performance and team development
• Drive operational efficiency, process improvements and commercial performance across the portfolio
• Monitor revenue, utilisation, debtor management and key performance indicators
• Provide technical leadership and risk oversight across complex client structures and transactions
• Ensure portfolios operate in line with regulatory and risk management requirements
• Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for portfolio growth
• Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and key business partners
• Mentor and develop team members, identifying training needs and supporting career progression
• Promote a collaborative, client-focused and high-performing team culture 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Relevant professional qualification such as ICSA, ACCA or equivalent, with extensive industry experience
• Significant experience within fund services, fund administration or a related professional services environment
• Strong technical knowledge of fund administration, relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and taxation
• Proven experience managing complex client portfolios and structures
• Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
