We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead a portfolio of complex private wealth structures and contribute to the continued growth and stability of the business.

This role is suited to a driven, detail-oriented professional with strong fiduciary expertise and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape in Jersey. It offers a flexible hybrid working model, with just two days a week required in the office—supporting a strong work-life balance while delivering at a high level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of private wealth clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to regulatory standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting development and performance
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and intermediaries, building long-term trusted relationships
• Oversee risk management and ensure all fiduciary obligations are met
• Contribute to strategic projects, efficiency improvements, and business development initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• CGI, STEP, or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in the fiduciary/private wealth industry
• Strong working knowledge of Jersey Trust Company Business laws and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to manage complex structures and high-net-worth client relationships
• Proficient in industry-standard systems and strong IT capability
