We are seeking Senior Private Wealth professionals to join a newly established team in Jersey. This is a rare chance to be part of an exciting new venture, shaping the future of a high-calibre private wealth offering within a growing and well-respected financial services firm.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering bespoke services to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, working closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement tailored wealth structuring solutions, ensuring the highest level of client service, governance, and discretion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with UHNW families, ensuring a personalised and proactive approach
• Oversee the team, driving best practices and ensuring the highest service standards
• Manage diverse asset portfolios, trusts, foundations, and private investment structures
• Ensure all structures adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Identify opportunities to enhance services

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in private wealth management, trust administration, or family office service
• Strong understanding of UHNW client needs and multi-generational wealth planning
• Relevant professional qualifications such as STEP, ICSA, ACCA
• Experience leading a team and managing high-value client relationships
