Our client an award winning law firm are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Senior Systems Accountant to join the finance team and play a pivotal role in promoting the adoption of Investran and other related software across the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with data remediations, migrations to, and efficient output automation, of Investran and other related global platforms
- Work closely with clients and client teams to understand complex structures, collaboratively supporting our key stakeholders from a system structuring and setup perspective
- Get involved in the onboarding of new clients, assist with building reporting outputs and parameterisation of various applications
- Assist with identifying, analysing and specifying all kinds of upcoming platform changes and options
- Assist with the preparation, execution and testing of system releases
- Assist with requirements gathering, reports writing, reports changes and reports testing
- Work closely with client facing teams to create efficiencies, improvements and reporting solutions in line with their requirements
- Assist with data integrity monitoring to ensure all client and investor static data is captured, recorded and accurate in all core platforms used by the business
- Be the first line user support for system-related queries
- Assist with creating system training guides and videos for core systems
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Holds or is working towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA or ACA)
- 3-5 years’ relevant fund industry experience
- Good understanding of GDPR and risks associated with personal/sensitive data
- Experience in mentoring, developing and coaching others
- Demonstrated skills in system implementation, migration, and ongoing development
- Hands on experience with bespoke report writing and output automation
- Proficient skills with Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
- Experience with Alteryx, PowerBI, PowerApps or other no code/low code software an advantage
- Experience with VBA, Power Query, DAX, SQL an advantage
- Experience in training and mentoring others, including systems training
- Experience in using Investran, NavOne and Yardi an advantage
- Experience in using Investran DX and Intralinks an advantage
- Broad knowledge of Investran setup, configuration, platform management, troubleshooting and output automation an advantage
- Understanding of the requirements and application of ISAE3402 change control procedures regarding platform governance
