Our client is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to take ownership of the design, implementation, and delivery of their technical and security infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in maintaining and evolving a robust and secure IT environment.

This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the smooth operation and security of the IT infrastructure
• Implement best practices & manage system upgrades
• Troubleshoot complex issues to maintain a resilient and efficient infrastructure
• Manage specialist technical employees, including management of external consultancy and contract resources
• Ensure that technology processes and procedures are documented, delivered and operated

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Five years’ experience in a similar detailed technical infrastructure role
• Relevant IT certifications
• A willingness to travel
