Our client, a highly regarded and independently owned trust company, is seeking a Senior Administrator, Tax to join their team. Reporting directly to the Tax Director, this role will involve assisting administration and reporting teams with tax compliance matters and ensuring accurate tax filings for a diverse portfolio of clients.

This opportunity is ideal for a tax professional with 3–5 years of experience in an accounting or tax role, looking to take the next step in their career within a highly regarded independent trust company. Support will also be provided towards the costs of further study for recognised tax or trust qualifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide expert support on tax compliance and reporting, focusing on UK and Jersey tax obligations
• Complete and submit tax returns for individual clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations
• Liaise with internal teams to provide guidance on tax implications for trust and company structures
• Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance across all relevant jurisdictions
• Support the wider business with tax-related queries and contribute to best practices within the team

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Have 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or tax role 
• Hold or be working towards a recognised tax or accountancy qualification
• Strong knowledge of UK and Jersey tax regulations
• Ideally experience in FATCA/CRS reporting
