Senior Trust Administrator
Apply for this jobOur client, a multi-jurisdictional company are currently looking for a Senior Trust Administrator. The successful applicant will assist the Management and staff in administering a mixed portfolio of clients containing some complex client structures, receiving and handling efficiently all communications, ensuring all matters arising are fully and efficiently dealt whilst providing a high standard of service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The role entails managing a portfolio of clients and dealing with all aspects of the administration from take on to liquidation, therefore including FATCA and CRS requirements
- Economic substance, annual returns, tax returns, annual statements, regular reviews, statutory work and bank payments
- Client contact by telephone, e-mail, letter and occasionally face to face
- Some support is provided from other Citco offices in the preparation of bank payments and the creation of minutes and resolutions
- Client reviews are created by a review clerk and the review points raised are dealt with by the administrator
- The bookkeeping and accounts preparation function is outsourced to another office; therefore, bookkeeping skills are not required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Should have or be working towards a relevant qualification such as STEP or ICSA at diploma level or higher
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- Organised individual
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail is essential
- Experience of using Viewpoint would be an advantage but is not essential, as training will be given
