This is a rare and exciting part-time opportunity for an experienced trust professional to join a respected private client team, assisting in the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies. You’ll work closely with the Manager and wider team to ensure a high standard of client service, compliance, and delivery — all while enjoying the flexibility of a 20–25 hour working week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Day-to-day administration of a diverse portfolio of private client structures
- Preparation of minutes, resolutions, payments, and other related documentation
- Liaising with clients and intermediaries, always delivering a professional and responsive service
- Supporting the Manager with ad hoc tasks and ensuring internal procedures are followed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a private client trust and company administration environment
- A genuine commitment to providing excellent client service
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
- A flexible and proactive attitude
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
