KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As the Deputy Team Head, you will lead and grow a small team
• Work alongside the Client-facing Directors, working with an engaging portfolio of private clients, some of which entail complex and fascinating cases
• Your expertise and line management skills will be pivotal in developing and growing the team

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong line management and delegation skills
• Hold a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or ICSA or similar), and to be educated to A-Level standards, or equivalent
• The successful applicant will have minimum seven years industry experience of working with High Net Worth clients and on complex structures
• Demonstrate excellent technical competency
• Have a sound knowledge of current issues affecting structures and the clients
