KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a portfolio of trusts and related structures, ensuring all administration is accurate, timely, and compliant
- Maintain compliance with Jersey trust and company legislation, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and internal policies
- Provide high-quality client service, liaising with colleagues, trustees, and professional advisors
- Support ongoing team development and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and ensure reporting meets regulatory and client requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years’ experience in trust administration
- Holding or working towards a recognised trust qualification (STEP Diploma or equivalent)
- Solid experience in trust and company administration, ideally within a regulated environment
- Good awareness of Jersey trust and company legislation and practice
- Strong understanding of AML laws and Orders
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
