As a Sustainability Associate, you will be instrumental in driving sustainability initiatives that benefit both our internal operations and our clients. You will collaborate with various teams to implement sustainable practices, develop strategic plans, and ensure the actions align with the sustainability goals of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use stakeholder management skills to deliver, with the support of colleagues and subject matter experts, a net zero transition plan for the firm
• Assist in the development of sustainability related products and services consistent with the company vision and strategy
• Ensure high quality client service levels by delivering on client mandates with colleagues to ensure they are delivered effectively to a high standard and meet deadlines
• Keep abreast of all regulatory changes and industry standards for the purpose of providing relevant products and services
• In conjunction with the Senior Associate, provide technical advice on products and services to clients
• Develop key client deliverables such as reports and working papers, including managing the input from Senior Associate and Director before final submission to client
• Monitor mandate risks, budgets and WIP, including identifying where efficiencies can be made

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Educated to degree level, ideally with at least 3 years' working experience
• Sound knowledge of and experience in sustainability, and knowledge of the global sustainability frameworks
• Further education in sustainability and environmental studies (e.g. environmental science, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, etc) is desirable
