We are working with a leading professional services organisation seeking an experienced Technology Alliance Manager to lead its strategic Microsoft Alliance. This is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced relationship and partnership professional to drive alliance strategy, develop key technology relationships and identify opportunities for growth, solution development and market penetration. Working across technology, Risk Assurance and wider business teams, you’ll play a key role in connecting strategic partnerships with client needs and business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and develop the Microsoft Alliance strategy, supporting the execution of strategic objectives and business plans
• Manage key alliance and client relationships, ensuring strong alignment with strategic initiatives and business priorities
• Build and maintain relationships with senior Microsoft and alliance stakeholders, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth
• Identify and develop propositions that leverage Microsoft technology and complement the organisation’s wider capabilities
• Drive market penetration, demand generation, revenue growth and pipeline development across the Alliance
• Analyse market and technology trends to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic direction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver multi-disciplinary client solutions
• Support the successful delivery of strategic programmes and exceptional client outcomes
• Ensure projects and deliverables meet professional standards, quality expectations and relevant governance requirements
• Provide strategic, risk and technology insight to support clients through complex business and technology change
• Lead, supervise and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Contribute to the continued development and growth of the wider Technology Alliance and Risk Assurance offering

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Alliance Management, Partner Management, Technology Partnerships or Relationship Management
• Experience working with technology partners, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience supporting significant and complex business or technology change programmes.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application to business challenges.
• Experience providing strategic, risk or technical advice in relation to technology solutions would be advantageous
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree would be desirable.
• Relevant qualifications such as MBA, CIM, MSc/BSc Computer Science or equivalent would be advantageous
