This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, guide technology adoption, and deliver practical, sustainable solutions that support long-term strategic goals.
This role would suit someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, is commercially minded, and has a genuine interest in how emerging technologies can be applied in a realistic and responsible way.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify emerging technologies, including AI tools, with practical and measurable value
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement
- Translate business requirements into clear technology roadmaps that support strategic objectives
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools, including AI, to improve efficiency
- Support end-to-end technology initiatives
- Evaluate existing processes and systems, identifying opportunities for enhancement
- Contribute to the development of long-term innovation strategies across the organisation
- Promote a responsible and sustainable approach to technology adoption
- Monitor vendor and supplier developments
- Assess benefits, costs and operational implications to support clear recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience translating business needs into technology roadmaps
- Understanding of, the trust and corporate services industry
- Experience working on applications and end-to-end technology projects
- Demonstrable understanding of solution design approaches
- Proven ability to analyse complex information and develop solutions
- Strong interest in technology innovation and the responsible application of emerging technologies, including AI

- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
