This diverse generalist position covers all aspects of the employee life-cycle, along with exciting project work to support the business’s growth initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the day-to-day HR operations (i.e. recruitment/ onboarding and training)
- Support local MD and Directors with best practice advice
- Provide support and guidance to People Managers on all aspects of employee relations
- Support in establishing the company’s committees which includes wellbeing, CSR and diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Reviewing global policies and processes and recommending improvements and efficiencies
- Support and implement projects to support the delivery of the People Strategy and other Support in the review of global benefits packages
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on staff benefits and company Employee Handbook, policies and procedures
- Assist with payroll as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proactive and resourceful HR practitioner with previous HR experience
- Digitally savvy and able to use technology to support efficient and effective work practices
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- A high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Established experience of all Microsoft applications
- Ability and drive to build strong working relationships with the function’s clients - internally and Externally
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
