We are seeking a motivated individual to join our client, a leading private client, corporate, and fund administration company, as a Temporary Recruiter. This role is to start as soon as possible, for an initial 6 months.
Join our client's esteemed team and play a key role in the recruitment process for live vacancies within the company. This is your chance to work with top talent, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and make a real impact on the recruitment efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand vacancy requirements for the Group entities, across all disciplines
- Maintain job adverts on the company website
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure vacancies are advertised via social media
- Review CV’s, screening applicants and managing correspondence with candidates
- Maintain and manage candidates via the Applicant Tracking System
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills and experience to best suit current vacancies
- Promote the company culture as an employer of choice
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process
- Provide support and guidance to Recruiting Managers on all aspects of the recruitment process
- Complete any other duties as may be required from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience with recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Knowledge of local employment laws
- A high degree of professionalism and discretion
- A firm understanding of the requirement for confidentiality and adherence at all times
