Temporary Relationship Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong client relationship experience to join a collaborative team and make an immediate impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Deliver a high standard of service, ensuring client needs are met efficiently and professionally
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through cross-selling and tailored solutions
- Contribute to the design and delivery of effective client calling programmes
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience
- Ensure all activities are carried out in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk frameworks
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience
- Support the wider team in achieving business objectives and service excellence
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a front-office client relationship role or a similar client-facing position
- Demonstrable experience of achieving individual and team targets
- Previous experience within financial services is essential
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial awareness with a client-focused approach
- A high level of risk awareness and commitment to regulatory compliance
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to identify opportunities for improvement
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
