We're supporting a leading financial services organisation in Jersey that is looking to appoint a Relationship Manager on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong client relationship experience to join a collaborative team and make an immediate impact. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients
• Deliver a high standard of service, ensuring client needs are met efficiently and professionally
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through cross-selling and tailored solutions
• Contribute to the design and delivery of effective client calling programmes
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience
• Ensure all activities are carried out in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk frameworks
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience
• Support the wider team in achieving business objectives and service excellence

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a front-office client relationship role or a similar client-facing position
• Demonstrable experience of achieving individual and team targets
• Previous experience within financial services is essential
