As a Trainee Administrator with our client a family office, you will be an integral part of the welcoming and supportive team, responsible for administering a varied and interesting portfolio of family office clients. Your role will involve assisting the manager and administrators with a range of tasks, ensuring they deliver the highest quality of service to clients. You will receive comprehensive training and development in all areas of client administration, providing a solid foundation for your career in administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the team with the day-to-day administration of family office clients
- Support the preparation and maintenance of client records and documentation
- Help manage client correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other client-related documents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
- Learn and develop skills in various aspects of client administration
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong interest in starting a career in administration
- Willingness to study a relevant professional qualification (eg STEP foundation certificate / Chartered Governance Institute Level 4)
