We are looking for a Trainee HR Officer to support our client’s dynamic HR Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside senior HR professionals, learning the ins and outs of HR processes and gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurate and timely processing of all employee related administration connected to the employee lifecycle
- Ensure the HR database, records, reporting, files etc are used correctly and maintained
- Manage the HR mailbox/HR Helpdesk, responding to queries in an efficient and timely manner
- System reporting and maintenance
- Collate information and assist with preparing reports on HR related matters for delivery to HR Management
- Prepare and co-ordinate the LDC Group meetings and Meeting pack in addition to taking minutes at the meeting
- Ensure students are enrolled according to professional body requirements and specific deadlines
- Monitor study routes and progress in terms of appropriate courses as per training contract
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A strong interest in starting a career in HR and a willingness to learn
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and applications, particularly Word, Excel and Access
- Good administrative and numeracy skills
