Apply for this jobWe are seeking an individual with a passion for training and systems support to join a dynamic team at a highly respected law firm in Guernsey. You don’t need to be a Training Manager – we’re looking for someone who is eager to take on more training responsibilities, specifically training others on key systems, including Viewpoint.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked with similar systems and is ready to share their expertise with colleagues.
While there will be some interaction with IT to solve problems and create efficiencies, you don’t need to be an IT professional. The focus here is on helping teams fully utilise the systems and tools at their disposal to improve their effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and Deliver Training: Design and implement training programs, focusing on system usage and technical competencies
- Specialist Software Knowledge: Provide expert training on industry-specific software, with a particular focus on Viewpoint, ensuring employees are proficient in utilising this system for client service delivery
- Operational Change Support: Deliver up-to-date training on operational changes, process improvements, and IT initiatives to ensure the team can effectively implement new solutions
- Competency Development: Play a critical role in enhancing the overall technical and operational competencies of employees to support business growth
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with various departments to ensure training is aligned with business needs, operational goals, and client service delivery
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong experience with Viewpoint or similar specialist industry software is essential
- Proven ability to manage and deliver training
- 5+ years experience within the trust and corporate services industry
- Demonstrable IT experience with industry applications and development
- Educated to degree level and/or a relevant professional qualification
