Are you an experienced Transfer Agency professional with a background in real estate or property funds? Our client, a leading financial services provider, is looking for a Transfer Agency Administrator / Senior Administrator to join their growing team.

As part of the Transfer Agency team, you will be responsible for investor onboarding, transaction processing, and reporting for a portfolio of real estate funds. You’ll work closely with fund managers, investors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process investor transactions, subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers
• Maintain accurate investor records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations and industry standards
• Handle investor queries and provide exceptional client service
• Assist with periodic reporting and reconciliation tasks

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in Transfer Agency / Investor Services, ideally within real estate or property funds
• Strong knowledge of fund structures, investor transactions, and AML/KYC requirements
