As a Trust Administrator, you will work closely with the Manager to provide high-quality support across all aspects of trust and company administration. You’ll be responsible for assisting with the daily management of a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of trust and company structures
- Maintain accurate records and prepare documentation in line with internal policies
- Liaise with clients and intermediaries in a professional and timely manner
- Support the Manager in delivering excellent client service and meeting deadlines
- Opening bank accounts and processing bank payments across a variety of banking platforms in conjunction with the Payments Processing team
- Completion of funds acceptance forms to correctly record receipt of funds
- Preparation of minutes, board packs, basic agreements, Power of Attorneys and other documents
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal obligations
- Contribute to a positive team environment and shared objectives
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience in a trust or corporate services administration role
- Entry-level qualifications in Trust and/or Corporate Administration (e.g. STEP Certificate) are beneficial
- A good understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and basic legal/regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trust administration systems
- Basic familiarity of FATCA and CRS as they relate to client entities and reporting
