We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Trust Manager to Senior Trust Manager, with 5–10 years’ experience working with international HNW families. This is a relationship-led role managing complex, high-value structures — ideally suited to someone who enjoys deep client engagement, collaborating with legal and investment advisers, and delivering excellence in service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing a portfolio of complex international trust and company structures for HNW and UHNW families
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and intermediaries, building long-term, trusted relationships
• Collaborating closely with legal, investment, property, and tax professionals across multiple jurisdictions
• Providing oversight and technical support to more junior team members, helping to drive team performance
• Contributing to internal initiatives, helping to improve processes and maintain high governance standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 5–10 years’ experience in trust administration or management
• A strong understanding of issues facing HNW families, including succession, governance, and risk
• Proven ability managing complex international fiduciary structures
• A good knowledge of investments, property and other asset classes
• Experience working with related professionals — lawyers, accountants, investment advisers
• A relevant qualification (e.g. STEP, ICSA, accountancy or legal) is preferred
